Congratulations to all of the winners in the 2020 Come Out St. Pete art contest.
This year's Grand Prize winner, Nelson Perez, will receive $500, and will have his winning entry, "Peek.A.Boo", featured on programs and promotional materials for Come Out St. Pete. The youth category winner is Maya Rodriguez for her painting "New Pride Phoenix." Additional winners in the adult category include Jordan Foster, second place, for his painting "Subsurface Beauty;" Bruce Norris, third place, for his painting "Pier Pressure;" and honorable mentions for Ronn Johnson ("New World Emergence"), and Amy Howell ("Rise Up").
In addition to first place, there were two honorable mentions in the youth category, Eleanor Cooney ("A New Year") and Alice Cooney ("New Years"). A special thanks to this year's art contest jurors Katie Deits, executive director for Florida Craft Arts, and David Foote, executive director for the Grand Central District Association.
